In the glorious winemaking tradition of Prepotto there is also this label, territorially rendered in an orthodox version, of great freshness, processed in steel only. lt opens on the nose with notes of yellow plum, then touches of marjoram, white pepper and toasted dried fruit. The palate is brackish with officina! returns, spicy memories and hints of yellow fruit. lt closes on almond notes.
