Description

VINIFICATION

The grapes are harvested by hand and after a short cold maceration, they are destemmed and softly pressed. Once the purification is done, the must is gently placed in the tanks to facilitate the fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is then refined for almost 6 months with noble yeasts and frequent battonages. After bottling, the wine rests for two months before being tasted.

ORGANOLEPTIC ASPECTS

Bright yellow in color, it impresses with its bouquet fine and typical, characterized by hints of white flowers, tomato and pepper leaves. In the mouth is dry and intense, but with a marked acidity that makes it sapid and fresh, as well as rightly persistent.
