Description

VINIFICATION

We manually collect the grapes, which, once crushed and de-stemmed, are placed in steel tanks. Here the must macerates and ferments on the skins for about 20 days, while carrying out malolactic fermentation.
We usually bottle the wine in mid-December, and then give it a further period of aging in the bottle for a couple of months.

ORGANOLEPTIC ASPECTS

With an intense and decisive red color, this wine shows the nose with the typical hints of Friulian Cabernet with spicy and herbaceous notes.
Characterized by a soft tannin that gives it an excellent drink with a fresh and spicy flavor, a good body and persistence.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Excellent with seasoned and smoked meats, meat dishes such as stews and casseroles and salted codfish.
