Description
VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested by hand and are placed, once crushed and de-stemmed, in steel tanks. For about 20 days, the must is left to macerate and ferment on the skins while malolactic fermentation takes place.
Usually the wine is bottled in mid-December, and then allowed a further period of aging in bottle for a couple of months.

ORGANOLEPTIC ASPECTS
Bright ruby red color. On the nose the typical bouquet of red fruits with strong notes of strawberry and cherry, which are also found in the mouth at tasting, with soft and silky tannins, with a good body with a remarkable persistence.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Excellent for strong and rich sauces, it goes very well with red meat and tasty roasts.
