Description
VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested manually when they reach phenological maturity, when the aromatic concentration and phenolic structure reach the ideal balance. After
gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in new French oak barriques, where the wine is then aged. Aging continues in new first-use French oak barriques for
a period of 12 months, during which the wine matures in contact with the noble lees through regular bâtonnage practices. This is followed by a further 3 months of aging
in steel to stabilize and preserve the varietal purity, and finally 3 months in the bottle for overall harmonization.

ORGANOLEPTIC ASPECTS
In the glass, it has a bright golden yellow color, a sign of concentration and refinement. The nose reveals a broad, layered bouquet: ripe yellow fruit, cedar zest, toasted
hazelnut, and light smoky notes of vanilla and sweet spices. The palate is full, savory, and structured, with a long progression that combines complexity, freshness,
and a slightly almond finish typical of the grape variety.
